Ultimate Dealer
Good afternoon.

Is it possible to revisit an Ultimate Dealer? The first one was hanging out in Farnsport, so I went out to get the other things he asked for and now he refuses to trade with me further.

you can access "deals" from any merchant, you dont need to talk to ultimate dealer
