Ultimate dealer, bug ?
After I had the initial encounter with the ultimate dealer during the quest "final preparations", and the starter pack tutoriall like dialogue, the only thing I get from this guy now, is a dialogue that says "the ultimate dealer has taught you everything he knows ..." and that's it. no deal windows, nothing but that freaking dialogue ! I'm now in the kortara range and still can't access the deals ! I fairly doubt this is normal. Any way to fix that ?...

Thanks mate. Somehow I was persuaded I had to go back to the UD to sell him the mats and unlock the deals :steamfacepalm:
