Bug report - Ultimate Dealer shop bugged
As I went to check up on his deal to clear my reward board, the Ultimate Dealer only says “The Ultimate dealer taught you everything he knows. Now go in with your adventure, travellers!” I can’t access his shop.

Except for the first encounter with it at the beginning quest, I’ve never returned to his shop. I’m 20 hours in.

He's just a tutorial. You can activate and buy deals from any merchant in the world.
