Bug: You can teleport during the quest "A will to live" soft locking the game
While doing the "A will to live" quest, when you take control of Raphael you can teleport outside of the cave area, soft locking yourself as you only have Raphael in the team and can no longer use the rest of the party.

Yup, just did this, teleported out of the cave and can't get back inside
