Island with 4 arrows
I have completed the game including the elemental tablets and 120+ reward board... but havent found a use for the island in the middle of the lake with arrows made of rock pointing to the center.

Has anyone figured out what this place is for?

To pick up one of the clan recruits. Maybe you went there, picked them up, then forgot about it?

That's where we recruited the cartographer and they setup rock arrows to signal that they were stranded.
