Hello, I'm looking for the Iron Island recruit from the first batch, did anyone find them ?

I've found him. For anyone who might be wondering where he is, you have to do the quest " “The Food, the Chap, and the Hungry” first, then he is on the Hooge, to the east, and you have to take a moving platform to get to him.

How do you get the moving platform to work? Another NPC says someone controlling it probably fell asleep but I havent figured it out.

It's already moving. Northeast of the pink girl's room, near the top.

I'm in the middle of finding recruits, in Act 2. That guide is cool, but just want to point out that it has the following listed in Act 3 and I found them in Act 2: Pignon, Eddie, Pavel, Gormit, Falora.
