I can not activate the skill PETAL STORM with Sienna!!

I use the attack x-slash or Yoko girl and nothing happens. When I see videos online once you attack it I believe "Petal storm available", that does not happen to me! WTF!!!!!!! This game is amazing i love the graphics style (megaman battle network visuals), the action is just great (its fast, you get into this state of flow where you are choosing each attack fast, planning your next 2 months in ur head. With all of that said having 1 skill you can not figure out how to use is SUPER DUPER TRIPLE TITTY COMITEE AnNoYiNg!

Those skills do not guarantee to proc petal storm, % based (exact number unknown).

She gets a buff called pedal storm which signals it can be used. It's chance based but powerful.

Yeah you only have a % chance of getting the buff (and it only lasts 1 round so if she really needs to use an item or something it's wasted).

As a result Sienna is kind of weak against single enemies at the start because her only ways to fish for Petal Storm are a non-stacking debuff and a pricey area attack.

I have to disagree on that part, with her crit bonus passive, crit accessory and a good weapon she does the most single target damage aside from Lenne with elemental weakness hits.

Same thing happend to me but i figured it out.

You didn't unlock the skill petal storm, You need to go to your skill tree and do it.
