How Do I Flip The Page to See What Accessories Do? [Steam Deck]

Well I guess I can’t post pics here. But in my steam deck accessories seem to have no stats or benefits. Seems like there’s a way to flip the page and the bottom bar tooltip tells me to click the “back” button. But I’ve tried all the buttons and don’t know what they mean. Help?

Haven't tried it on Steam Deck yet. On controller it is the back button, or maybe it's menu button... forgot what it's called lol. The one opposite the start button. Have you tried pressing those 4 paddle buttons under the steam deck?
