lol you mean the game is to hard for you?
Stop saying "We" - you are speaking for yourself only. The ghost are not even hard. They are a basic mechanic.
If you don't want to play fine, but don't come on here trolling.
I fought now 4 ghost groups, beat them, but also did not recognize in those 3 fights that they could also be immune against "magic", because all 4 fights began with one of my physical attacks.
I understand that fanboys always protect a game, but requesting better explanations in a game is something you should not blame people.
You hit them with physical, they go immune to it with a skill that literally says they're now immune to it, and a status that you can read at any time that says the same thing. So you kill them with magic using your skills that, again, specifically say they are magic damage.
You fight them again and lead off with magic because you have a functioning memory and can recall something that happened two minutes ago and now they go immune to that and you can kill them with physical, and now because you're a human being with basic pattern recognition you understand that they react with gaining an immunity to the first damage type you hit them with and now you can plan out a strategy to more efficiently dismantle the encounters.
Nothing about this needed more explanation than was given, all of the problems are solved by keeping your eyes open and reading some words.
I bet you don’t have many friends.
Don't speak for all of us. You say WE, but I think you just mean YOU. I'd be interested first of all in the surveys you cite, and I'd be interested in any research papers. And no, reddit does not count, that is far from representative. Moreover, even if it is, as you say, the "majority", it's okay for certain games to cater to certain niches. I, along with many others, like hard games that force you to think and adapt. I don't play games to just relax and enjoy, I want to be challenged, to use my brain, to overcome difficult challenges. Many other people are like that too. Just look at the huge popularity of games like Elden Ring, which is considered a very difficult game, but has HUGE mass market appeal.
Do you read anything in your life? It says it is a magical wind/water/fire attack.
This is your OPINION and I heavily disagree. I greatly enjoyed encountering a new enemy/enemy type that had unique resistances. It forces me to switch up tactics or try new moves or team compositions. For me, this is both fun and strategic (the game is fairly strategic thru out) and I find it absolutely bizarre that you are complaining about a very simple mechanic in a strategy j rpg.
Its okay for you to dislike something but that does not make that something bad or "SO STUPID". And Please do NOT claim to represent and be the voice of all gamers who play these genre's of games. You are arguably in the minority with this opinion.
