glitch and lag

it won't let me move my cursor to press yes to anything so i can't complete the game or even do anything, no option for non-full screen, so laggy i can't move, turned textures all the way down and still too laggy

This is the only game that does it, but the character constantly moves right. I have to keep tapping the "a" button so that I can stay still.
