where's noise reduction filter?

Is there inj sound forge a good noise reduction filter here?
How to dehiss or reduce background noise in recordings ( pc fans mainly) ?
In audacity (freeware) it's very easy to clean a mic recording , why isn't as easy in this "paid" software?

I guess there isn't any noise reduction filter in the steam edition, although it's shown in the teaser vide of the app on second 0:44 ...
Izotope plugin is available if you buy the pro version, not the steam version.
On top of these considerations... Audacity is quite better and freeware.
Unbelievable, I know.
