Help with patch installation

Trying to install the patch, but it just says "The specified path is not valid" and "Must be installed on the STEAM version of the game". Thing is i'm using the exact folder that steam is using but it still won't work,

Hey mate, There are two version patches of Summer Memories. One is Summer memories and one is Summer memories plus. If you didn't own the summer memories and dlc, just go for the Summer memories patch, not the plus one.

hey man Im assuming you just download one patch right? Summer memories if you have base game and only memories + if you have the dlc.
