I also downloaded the patch for your other game (Scars of Summer), and I'm worried that it may be infected too.
go to manage dlc and un click the dlc. load the patch that way.

Check it and it seems to be true.
In Summer Memories+ - Expansion DLC Steam and GOG Patch v2.03.0, somehow both the mirrors are infected with this Trojan (W32/Kryptik.DOL.gen!Eldorado).
Would be great if the devs fix it, so we can use the patch safely.
Was this ever resolved? Because if I'm being honest, the NSFW content is the reason I would play this game. >_>
EDIT: Though I haven't purchased the game, I downloaded the DLC version of the patch and ran it through VirusTotal myself. No flags. So yes, this was resolved. I'm not sure how many flags it used to have, either, so it could have been a case of a false positive from the very beginning.
