You have to keep your arrow where the fish is for a set period of time. Just keep trying to keep that arrow on the fish and you should be good. Also getting the fishing skill upgrades will do wonders to help you.

Hi folks, what is that arrow mean? I see the guideline posted by the official document, it said that I need to keep the stick around the fish. But where is that?
