Is there any way to make landing that Rarity 4 fish any easier? The very slow decrease in your fishing line is making this extremely hard.

Rarity 4 fish are usually really fast, but more consistently go from top to bottom. Since the fishing line isn't fast enough going up or down, you should keep it near the middle and let it keep falling while the fish is on the way down and let it rise while the fish is on the way up. Since it's more consistent, you don't need to react to the fish's movement, just time it instead.
