Problems with Valve?

Some time ago I had played the original version of this game (even if I didn't like the structure of the gameplay) and I can understand very well why the shota has been removed making it an anonymous figure but valve will not cause problems due to the incest scenes?

Steam seems ok with all adult themes as long as it does not touch a school environment or where the age of the actors visualized can be considered illegal.

Even that is not entirely true, they have multiple Hentai games on the store that have characters of say " questionable age" but as long as those games are set in a fantasy world or similar they dont seem to care.
Possible deniability i think. " She is really a 1000 year old elf girl!"

But everything set in a school setting with uniforms or in a real world scenario ( like this one) is a big no no for underage looking characters.
