Ultrawide support?

Although technically the game does support ultrawide and even more exotic aspect ratios by default, the menus are a bit broken with 21:9, cutting off the bottom and top parts of the screen, making it impossible to see some of the upgrades in the research menu (and the save settings button in the settings menu). I would assume the issue is even worse with superwide resolutions.

And after selecting the 16:9 resolution in the settings, the game doesn't allow to revert back to 21:9.

I actually cannot see the top part of the menu to change my resolution on my 32:9 monitor. Is there a settings file somewhere I can edit?

You can only change the resolution to 16:9 in the settings menu for now. Press Enter after changing it so it will stay, cause you can't see the "Save settings" button too. There's probably a config file somewhere, but I haven't found it yet. Be aware that you won't be able to change the res back to 32:9 after it as the game won't let you revert it.

I think OP has same issue as me. We can't even see the resolution options yet alone change them.

Ok then the game is literally unplayable with with 32:9, lol
My only suggestion here is to change your monitor resolution to any 16:9 aspect ratio, launch the same, change the res, then reset to your native resolution. This should make the game play in 16:9 with black bars.

Just thought I would report back, it looks like widescreen (including ultra-wide) support is fixed as of the last update and the game is super fun!
