how do you get the small robot chassis?

how do you get the small robot chassis for the buddy bot? it doesn't look like you can craft it, i assume you get it from looting the robots but i haven't seen one drop it.

you can get them from the Tiny Robot with the eys and the antenna. They drop it sometimes

or you can explore the map and find one thats how i got mine
