Companion Excursions

So, I was trying very hard to be nice to everyone (yeah I know, I have problems with being mean to pixels...) and I was sure that I got all companion side-stories during Act 2. However, I checked the achievs after finishing the game, and turns out I didn't get The Magnificent Six, so it looks like I missed something after all.

Thing is, I didn't always check the quicksave name during the vignettes, so I probably mistook a "normal" vignette for a companion excursion. Has anyone gotten them all and can give the names or basic concepts, so that I can figure out who didn't like me enough? Thanks!

I think you always get one excursion per companion each game, but each companion has two options, one "normal relationship" and one "high relationship". I definitely saw 5 excursions during act 2, but I didn't get the achievement.

You can see all the excursions listed in the walkthrough at adventuregamehotspot, but it doesn't say which excursions are the high relationship ones.

Jake - Aetheric Spring (Low) and Bandits (High)
Danny - River Kid (Low) and Memorial (High)
Nadine - Firewood (Low) and Herbs (High)
Phil - Deserter (Low) and Refugees (High)
Lola - Shrine (Low) and Stars (High)

Oh, so there are two each? Damn it, that means I only had high friendship with Nadine. I wonder what I did wrong with the rest of them.
