Tips for Act 3?
Thats so stupid to force us to play with the teleporter to progress.

You find a station that buy prisonners in cash then stay around and make plenty of by teleporting on each ennemy ship with acrew.
You will have so fast money that you will be able to quiclky upgrade your ship and buy anything.
Absolutely don't look for stations that buy prisoners for cash, it's random and it may not even exist in your game - if you find one, sure go ahead and use it but don't rely on it.
I beat Act 3 and 4 on the first try by doing exactly the same... (but was not a lot of fun)
No Teleporter needed
Grind around the base until you got a lot of money, replace the whole crew (Bar and missions).

Heres what you need:

1. Shield Operator with skills (Double shield & 10 shield per energy)
2. Weapons Operator **Most important (Skill 100% hit change)
3. HyperDrive Operator (Skill Exit the system when there is a fight)

Upgrade your ship and Kill as many Gate Keeper until you found 2x The Rocketlauncher with the 2xShot & Reloding 10

Load the Rocket Launchers with 4x Rag. Rockets

Jump direktly to the storyline by leaving every sector without a fight and kill just the Gatekeepers you need and the Story Attackers.

In Fight:

Double the Shield, Put evasion if you have and very important shut down their Evasion by your Weapon operators skill. Shoot the 4x Rockets and it should be a Instant kill of the enemy.

EMP weapons, super overpowered just use stealth as soon as you fight enemies with teleporters and they're about to teleport. Then target your EMP weapons at the O2 systems and medical bay. EMP pulsar is just silly overpowered and shows up a lot in the shop, you can literally target the captain, he'll run to heal, you target that room and he'll sit take damage from you until he dies.

Best part is if you do that and only kill the captain you can take the crew which survived as prisoners and even swap out a crew member for them if you create the friendly column.
Rush gate bosses and get phenomenal weapons. i farmed all of them before even starting the first quest. i just go straight for gate bosses right from the start since they are a lot weaker when you have low bounty level.

^ This, running 2 rockets with EMP's and hitting stealth every 10s while the boarders eat the ship is the way to go...

Took me a few tries thanks to bugs and what not... but done.
I got it now, finally, it took me 2h+ , that mission was pretty hard compared to the 1st and 2nd one.
I used 2 Achilles Mk2 drones, phenomenal rocketlauncher & emp cannon.
I also had a medic with the revive perk, it was pretty usefull, sometimes some of my crew died, weapon & shield operator, without them its pretty impossible.
