Broken Spring Flower - south west near lilypads

So, in my quest to find crystals, I came across some Spring Flowers that were pretty hard to get to, and they don't work at all. I stand next to them and sing with the Lizard language, and they do nothing. You can walk right through them, too. I even restarted the came and trekked back here with the same result.

Has anybody run into this before? Is there actually anything up there that I should be trying to get to?

This flower was bugged for me too, but you can get there from the other side.
Go north and find your way to the west altar on top of the cliffs (the one that looks like it has path of 4 stones leading to it on map).
There are gonna be bird nests with same flowers, they should work and using them glide south from the top nest, then just follow the path to the crystal.

As for now this flower works for me, maybe somehow because of unlocking all abilities.
