Game doesn't start

When starting the game, it seems to try to connect to the EA2link account for a moment, although it is already open, and then it stops launching.
Tried the solutions suggested here but nothing helps. Does anyone have a solution for exactly this problem? Others run without problems.

Check if you have an old EA app/Origin installation. Uninstall everything, install the EA app from Steam.

Origin deleted and also tried to install the EA app through Steam. In general, i did all the basic recommendations, but the game does not seem to want to connect to the EA app during launch, although it is there
