How do i play this game with a friend online??

You start the game, then right click your friend's name in the steam menu and invite them to remote play. Then once they're in press esc and assign the keyboard to the host.

Also, we could only get it to work with the host using a keyboard and mouse and the joining player using a controller. xbox or ps4 will work, but if using ps4 you'll have to adjust audio settings because the computer will try to use it for an audio device.
