Offline Mode available?

I was just about to buy this for my kids when I noticed the EA Origin DRM requirement. My kids computer does not have internet access, so they can only play games on Steam via Offline Mode.

Is this game (and its sequel) available to play in Offline Mode?

Hi. You gotta connect to an Origin account. Once you connect there, you must click Offline mode for origin as well. Sadly, you can't go offline in Origin without being online first...it is a hazle but oh well. What I did when they were repairing my internet, was that I connected to my data for just one or two minutes while I did this process, after that, never close your Origin account so it stays on offline mode forever.Hope it helps. The game is super pretty, your kids are getting a super great present :)
