How long does 2k support normally take?
I submitted a request over 4 days ago now about unlinking my 2k account (that I can no longer access as the email was terminated) from steam so I can link my current one and its been over 4 days. Is this normal?

It depends on how many tickets they have going at the time. I've seen it take over a week at worst.

Yea I finally got a reply last night I responded instantly as the first answer was sadly of no help and now I'm back to waiting for a response still.
