Same, I try to offline my steam and the Quick Game works fine, but if I go back online, quick game. play now online, wnba are not working, crash to desktop.

Tried to clear cache (verify game files) and it doesn't work either. This is something they have to fix.

Just tested it out, and you are right, even an offline game results in a crash.
