【BUG】MyCareer camera options auto reset to default each game

The default Zoom is 5, default Height is 5. I set to 10(Zoom) and 1(Height), but next game it will auto reset to 5, 5.

Camera Default Will Not Save

The camera settings will not save. I have to change the camera settings in every game.
I do not get a prompt saying the settings have saved or would i like to save.

Have the same issue. I receive a msg to save settings or not, I reply yes and next game must modify settings again.

I'm having the same issue. I contacted 2K and they gave me the canned response email. I went through the steps to clear the cache. That didn't work. I then completely uninstalled the game, reinstalled it... guess what, that also didn't work. Then last night I noticed I haven't been getting VC for the Daily Bonuses. Seriously... sick of this game and it's glitchy BS. The 2K support team is useless, they made me send them videos of all of this stuff just so they could tell me to reinstall the game, didn't actually offer a fix or any help. I'm married, have two kids, I don't get that much time to game so it's especially irritating to waste my whole day off jumping through hoops for 2K's "support" team only for them to tell me, "Try reinstalling the game and look up on steam how to back up your game." That's an entire afternoon wasted loading back up a 85+GB game. COME ON MAN! Why are the camera settings not available to change in the actual settings menu? Seems asinine that you have to actually be in a game, pause it, and then change them.

I have the same issue here. Actually I can use 2k cam fortunatly but I just want to zoom out a bit. It never saves properly so sometimes you can't see your matchup on the sides of the court and it's annoying.

The camera by default won't even let you center the view. I hate that every cam in this game is focused on the ball. I just want a fixed sight.

I guess we'll have to manually change cam for the rest of the year knowing 2k it's never going to be patched...

For a moment I thought was the only one with this problem and everyone else was happy enjoying the game.

I can understand there're problems with the game but "support" not fixing anything is beyond my understanding.

Support can't fix things like this, they're not the development team.

They can only take you through troubleshooting steps and then send the issue over to the devs if it's seen as a bug. My guess is that it's been classed as a design choice by the developers as this has come up for the last couple of years too.

Correct, I'm having this problem in MyCareer. You're right as well about the support, after I went through those steps and let them know I was still having the issue they could only tell me it's been elevated to the devs. What happens from there is a complete mystery. I'm also not getting VC for completing Daily Bonuses, so there's a bunch of video evidence I have to gather and send to them for that one. Other than that, I'll be darned if it's not still my favorite basketball game... so they got me either way.

just an update on this issue:

This same camera issue has been resolve for me in the last update.
Also i can finally move my player in online multiplayer.

for me still don't save zoom & angle (at least yesterday, last time I played).

yeah i hate the fact i have to change zoom and angle every time i play a game. issue still not fixed for me

Still no fix for me either. I'm also not getting VC for completing Daily Bonuses. Recorded a 50 minute, uncut video to prove it to the "support" and all they basically said after everything was, "Thanks, we'll send this to the devs." I thought that I was going to get rewarded all of the VC they owe for the Daily Bonuses but nope. Feels like that could have basically responded with, "Welp, thanks for jumping through all of those hoops. We never actually expected anyone to bother... oh well, sucker."
