i can't play my career

Hi Guys! when I try to start the game in my career, an infinite and non-working update appears.
I tried to run steam diagnostics, reinstall the game, contact support but no one helps me.
this happens with all my players.
I am unable to play.

happened to me, when i tried to make and delete too many players after eachother. you have to wait till you are un soft banned. half a day

I haven't actually eliminated any players, I have a level 87 guard but he doesn't show up in the account
