Custom images

I’ve noticed an issue popping up constantly for me in the last couple of days and nothing seems to be working. Any time I either create a team with custom images (logo, court logos, uniforms) the team will not save. My game also won’t let me download anyone else’s custom teams. I’ve read a few things about corrupted save files which led to me deleting everything. No luck. I’ve verified the game files and even reinstalled.

First question; is anyone else having this problem. If not, can someone point me to what the heck might be going on? I haven’t seen anything about servers being down, so I don’t know what to do.

Just an update on this. I can’t create a team with any of the in game assets either. I can design the court and the uniforms, but the game refuses to save anything. Not sure what to do at this point. I’ve opened a ticket with 2k but their support center is closed for a few days apparently…
