Need help with NBA 2K21 will not load to main menu

I just got NBA 2K21 from Epic Games client and I am unable to load to the main menu. I successfully launched the game with Intel sde emulator and I am unable to load to the main menu. I see the logo which shows the Blazers team and it will not load.

Can some one help?, maybe some one has a pc like me which is a core 2 quad can help fix my problem.

Please help soon so I can play the good game. It is also free on Epic Games client and it is good that I got the game, it is one of my favorite games.
