No badge progression. 0 badge progression. Completely stuck

I have no idea how to unfreeze my badge progression.

I played a game in my career and after the badge progression bars filled at the end of the it, it just crashed. When i relaunched the game, I found myself playing the same game again, but at the end of it this time I got 0 badge progression. Same stuff has been happening in practice. Only way I can get badge progression is by playing in park.

Is there a fix for this or is 2k just gonna ignore this as everything else?!

Don't you need to get further than the original game where it crashed, then progression will continue?
