u can find the fix in the description of these videos.
That said, turning dynamic vsync on fixed the MyCareer issues of siming to next time on court. The simulation popped up instantly instead of having to wait.
They must have this running off a Fixed Update routine. I ran into similar issues where Fixed Update didn't work at higher refresh rates when playing around with the Unity engine (I know that's not the same engine as this game).
Edit: If I click off the game window (I'm running fullscreen windowed) the FPS in "cinematics" goes up to 70-ish, but if the game window is the active window all the cheerleader dancing and all that mess is 23 FPS.
Setting it to Fullscreen and 60 FPS allowed me to turn off the dynamic vsync.
