How to fix this problem? I verify the integrity of the game files. I reset the game. I tried uninstalling the game and installed it again. Nothing seems to work.

Update Won't Download

I just got the game and I need to download an update in order to get online but when it opens the download screen when I start the game it just sits at 0% and doesn't do anything. Anyone else have this problem? How do I fix it?
