NBA 2K21 Update Stuck At 0%
How to fix this problem? I verify the integrity of the game files. I reset the game. I tried uninstalling the game and installed it again. Nothing seems to work.

It could also be your firewall blocking the update.

For 2K20 it was the following...
you need to go to your steamfolder, then .....\userdata\*your steam user id*\1089350\local and delete the "SYNC.bin" before starting the game. Maybe the ingame download should work then. Would be cool if anyone could respond, if it works or not

Try looking for the Steam folder for 2K21 and do the same...

At least that's covered. What's the folder number this year?

It could be that with so many people trying to get to the game because it's opening weekend, the server just can't keep up with sending out the updates...

What about your firewall/security settings? Could that be blocking it?
