Bought it last night and had to refund unfortunately.

The loading times are unforgivable and the visual "enhancements" are utterly atrocious.
No way this is all they have to show for 3 years of hardwork.

Yep Slipgate Ironworks ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. Reputation ruined forever, never gonna buy anything they touched again. I waited years for Kingpin Reloaded, cant even understand how you can mess up this much.

Yeah, just watched it too. But I learned from my mistakes buying games where 3D Realms are involved. Either as developer or as publisher. The just suck.

I just watched this review. What a turd. They should be really ashamed for publishing game in that state.
Im glad I didnt buy it, but now im really suspicious about 3DR games. Graven and Wrath's never ending development and lack of any responsibility from publisher taught me to not buy their games.

Yeah exactly man, i (stupidly) bought Wrath the day it was first released into early access (in 2019(!?)). I really enjoyed the gameplay of the first episode I played , but after this bombshell im not hopeful wrath's going to be any good either tbh.

I got stuck in the trainyards on hard because every single enemy can solo-kill you within seconds. It's pretty dumb.

Game is even worse than what the review implies since this guy still thinks this is running on a improved quake 2 engine, when it's some inhouse jank/unity mix. Like this is just a pretender game that tries to look and sound like kingpin.

That's what you get when people with zero programming, design and development experience take on to "do a game". It's a bunch of talentless hacks larping as game developers. You'd usually get those on some crammy mobile games, but there's a whole lot more of those hacks coming to PC.

I can't believe 3D Realms made us wait 3 years for this. Well this is kinda expected considering the lack of updates. I will just install the original and patch it. So glad I bought Blood West, which left early access on the same day as this remaster, instead. Now I am really worried for WRATH and Graven... Gonna skip those two and give my money to NightDive Studios instead (Turok 3 and Star Wars: Dark Forces).
