Career Mode Training

I've been stuck on the Beat Expert Oponent since launch. This is crazy. he serves at 2000 mph and all of his strokes are lasers. how am i to score a pt with a lvl 5 character. Seems like this training is way too early. the game is so bugged, the player teleports after hitting so this is impossible. it makes career mode unplayable .
so 50 bucks and i can't even manage to stomach playing offline past lvl 5.
