The Concerned Hearts Achievement (solved)

Anyone knows how to get The Concerned Hearts achiv? I read somewhere that it's for completing all missions with NPCs..? I guess... But I don't get what does it mean at all O.O

Will be very gratefull for some tips / help :) Thank you ^^

Here is a description of the achievement :

The Concerned Hearts
Encounter All The Scenes For Special NPCs

You have to speak to all NPCs a few times, expecially the guy in the hospital. As soon as it is unlocked you have to go talk to him everytime you see him in the hospital until you unlock the dialogue.

Hnn. I had that long talk with everyone now (NPC's of Rald, Kovit, Sota, Remi, Oki, Okan...) is there anyone else I'm missing? Is Thara in a talkative mode? Or someone else?
Aside of that I used the "Talk" for short talks with every NPC too x_x but I still don't get the heart.. hn ;_;

My bad! I forget to mention you need to talk to them after the 5th date with each character...
After 5th date with Remi talk to the guy in park
After Kovit talk to guy in main street
After Rald talk to guy in the café
After Sota talk to professor at university
After Lenga talk to guy in bookstore
After Oki talk to guy in garage
After Okan talk to the guy at the beach.

There are no CGs for the doc so no need to waste your time with him... The hardest one is the bandaged guy in the hospital since you have to talk to him everyday from the moment you unlock the second part of town...

Yes yes D: That's what I meant. I talked to every one of them after 5th date (had saves thank gods XD)
