Just Beat Floor 3 Boss

exit and then miners talk to you and then.

"YOUR FARM WAS REPAIRED"

You should be able to complete this by heading right back to your farm, it should be fully repaired, if not, try sleeping. If this hasn't caused the quest to progress, then please report it as a bug and send us the save file.
