Is the female player at a disadvantage?

So I'm pretty early on in the game so maybe this will resolve itself later but from what I can tell this seems to be a problem.
From what I understand the only way to get the "wild monster" bar lower is to breed the monster with the human PC. But I noticed that as the female character you end up getting pregnant meaning you can only have one at a time. However the male can impregnate multiple monsters at a time or at least one a day as opposed to the female which gets pregnant and "unbreedable" for many days in a row.
This means that you are significantly slowed down in terms of reducing the wild bar due to only being able to produce one offspring per x amount of days. Which seems like it could be a significant disadvantage to picking the female PC over the male?
Maybe it doesn't come up that often or maybe there's a solution later in the game but this is just what I noticed early on.
My first thought is if you could recruit some of the human girls from the town to be impregnated thus balancing the two PC's and making some extra kinky stuff an option.

Ya that is a bit of a bummer playing as a female but much like it is life much of the hardships of motherhood is a challenging journey like some of the special breeding items the player cant even wear so you cant lower the wildness meter faster or boost how many offspring are born without the other parent having the right traits. so playing a female i can see as being more of a challenge. but here is a link to a page that helped me out a bit starting out https://cloudmeadow.miraheze.org/wiki/Special:AllPages

You can change your gender on lvl 8 of the dungeon. you find a cave and fill a flask then drink it. I switched to get all the scenes and do the breeding the way I wanted to, then switched back to play as I wanted to.
