essence thing
i was woundering theres this talk from a number of shop people that they sell essence and you can use it to water plants and they say you can harvest it and yet its all only talk .
you can buy it but i never tried and you can not harvest that and the yead will never get cleaned because there is no fix option anywhere in the 2 ports i have seen so why is essence
in the game when you can not harvest or do anything with it.
as for milk you have a cow from the start but you can not get milk from her .
it seems there was a few good ideas but ditched because they go no where

Perhaps you're missing something? Where you take your monsters to graduate, you can also sell and buy essence there. You can harvest essence from your monsters (in the breeding screen) and you can also find essence in treasure chests and from battle with the related monster. When you say the "yead will never get clean," do you mean "the yard" or something else? I can't really make out what you're trying to say there.

Essence can be used to fertilize plants. When you step over a crop spot, it will pop up with a menu. You have the option to dig/plant, water, plant essence. When you plant essence, it increases the quality. You can plant a different essence if it's a different time of year and you want to plant that kind. Your monsters will also do this automatically with their essence if you have them tending the field.

From the breeding menu when you visit the barn, you can access harvest tab. If you harvest the cow, you will acquire their milk as well as their essence.

yes i did mean yard . spell check and typing fast i tend to miss things .
as far as i know the yard will never be fixed so that may be in an update or something you have to pay for that they dropped that wont work now .
thanks for the info . if that really is in the game it will be really helpful

How far have you gotten into the dungeon? The yard is cleared for me.
No problem. ^^

im at the 3rd level .
i need more health stuff to keep going but have a lot of cool monsters to help me fight if needed .
i like the dragons the most but i was thinking having one of the cows too because the health move she has the milk one

Once you finish the third level, your farm will clear and you will start needing to feed your monsters. I don't believe it requires you to feed them before then, but I didn't press past a week, so I'm not sure. I usually have a team of cow, cat, and wolf, which has some decent synergy. Replacing wolf with a harpy also works quite nicely since it'll give one member who can hit the whole enemy team. The NPCs are also a good choice if you find yourself struggling since they're all pretty good. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend feeding them as many meals as you can and paying attention to what stats you want to give them. It honestly took me far too long to start feeding my monsters. It also took me far too long to start breeding them lmao. I thought they had to be friends with you first and that isn't the case. xD

i have 4 dragons a crab girl 2 wolfs and cows and 2 cyclops and 4 of those guys below dragons .
i was thinking of getting rid of the wolfs and cyclops and replace them with cows for food but i dont know how much food i can get out of them

You only get milk from them, though how much depends on their traits. I would say having a variety of monsters would probably be better than just a bunch of cows, but having many cows is by no means a bad idea.

how do you feed the monsters? i didnt beat the mine yet but i want to know before i get to that so i am ready for what is to come .
also seeing as i am still new are there any tips you may have ?
as for the monsters my faveret is the cows and dragons.

If you approach a monster, a menu similar to the watering/planting one (for crops) will pop up. One of the options is to feed them.

It depends on what you want tips regarding. In regards to farming, it seems cheaper ones (2 days) are recommended. If you make shrubstick, those can also work quite nicely, too. They boost physical, which can be quite nice. Something that boosts speed is also nice, too. The EXP food appear to be a boost the EXP gained and not give a flat percent. The monsters all have color pallets, too, which can be exchanged to those they breed with, which is pretty cool. That took me a while to figure out.

I really like the harpies and the cats, though the cows are cool, too. I like so many of them, so it's hard to pick.

Hey, new to game here, what is the "monster graduating thing"?
Aphy Jan 12, 2022 @ 2:01pm
Harvesting monsters provides "(ex) essence" which is used as fertilizer. You can sell fertilizer/essence by talking to the main guy in the vault who you meet in the beginning; he's the same guy who will buy monster contracts off of you. All you have to do is say "Let me look at the essence ledgers" and then click on the minus button
