Why the slow progress?
Not trying to sound sassy or anything, and I know games take a lot of time and money to build, but what's with the slow progress? Between steam sales and your patreon there's a constant stream of money coming in, plus this has been in EA for years now. So what's the hold up?

How much do they get from the patreon? Tell me the number and I tell if devs are scuming the customers.

Good programmer gets around 8K USD per month + 2 artists there for around 6K USD, by good I mean solid professionals who worked at companies like Disney and etc. As for writer should be similar. So far we get 8+24=32 it means they cannot afford disney level of artits. Then play simple and decrease the costs by 2 with hiring other kind of specialists which leads to 16k per month, plus I bet there is some other guy like manager or lead developer. Anyway these numbers may be much lower if you know where to hire and how to invite people in project.

Its a sex game and I get it to rub my ♥♥♥♥ off, I did not check how much of new animations got added lately, but I think should be around 2-4 sets. And for how long have the game been in early access? 1 year? Most likely these dudes are already working on other more profitable project since this one did not blow up on steam.

Or they just chill somewhere with drugs and chicks, the usual patreon routine =)

4 months an update is a really slow update cycle.

It actually not. Its the amount of content added that matters.

Patreons version that pay monthly get Updated more frequently but they get more bugs while the Steam version gets 4 months worth of update's that have less bugs.

Where are you getting a programmer gets paid 8k a month? Specially for a crowd funded project lol.

Been following this game even before it got on steam and let me tell you, this game is never going to be completed. The game in it's current state when compared to like 3 (games been in development for 5) years ago is almost identical, only difference is that there are more animations, but basically no new content. Also doesn't help that the developer destroyed a competitor that had more content and was in development for only a fraction of this ''game'' .

Honestly most of these "indi" Patreon games have slow development on purpose to get as much money as possible. Yeah they could expand and hire more people but that would cause the project to actually move towards a finished state. Only a small number of these crowd funded games actually reach a version 1.0 . But it could also be that the dev team has no idea what they are doing and have a terrible road map to work off of and are highly unorganized. Finishing the game means having to start another to keep the support. Sadly most of these indi devs seem to be nothing more than one offs that'll vanish shortly after their game is "Finished":steamsalty:

Hi there, I'm with Tinyhat --

The team works on more consistent, large, and themed updates to make sure that each update has something worth coming back home to, like the Valentine's update which introduced a couple of QOL features, a basket of bug fixes, and the Royal Match Maker event. The team's hard at work making sure the game is setting a new benchmark for adult games.

A larger budget doesn't directly correlate to faster work. Additional artists, for example, could introduce style inconsistencies that would take more time to correct. Part of the experience is ensuring that the quality of the game is consistent and smooth across the board, which goes into really digging into those larger patches.
