I can't login using the account I have on Facebook

hello i have a problem to log in to my steam cell phone account and a window appears to put on or atem id or login by face

If you've made an AteamID with a Facebook account on another platform that you've used to back up your data, you can use that account to log into your AteamID account when prompted to carry your data over!

so, when i click transfer date, neither the id nor the facebook appears, there is no option to link the date, in the game chat there were people who were able to log in with their facebook accounts used on their cell phones, but on mine case when I click does not open the window to login to anything

I already installed steam, I already turned off antivirus, but the same problem of not being able to transfer data option appears
