Dog Bite Bug

Hi,
Does anyone have a solution for the "dog bite bug", I am stuck there and I've tried every resolution in the settings, windowed, while having vsync on. Tried to lower all the other settings just to have tried it all out.
Playing co-op by the way and have also tried to change characters with my friend without success.

Any tip?

try going online and search for it there are forums for that stuff where ppl try and find problem s with it and fix em mainly try the ea forum if its something like that because there aree fixes for it posted almost everyday i think
