Problem with EA Account linked to Steam

Hello is there any way to check on my steam account to which EA account my steam is linked to?
Let me describe my problem. I bought a game A Way Out on Steam. I just installed it. It asks me to link my steam account to EA account. I installed EA APP, created an account. I pressed to login by my steam account and I'm Getting prompt "Your accounts can't be linked because your Steam Account is linked to the account po****@gmail.com". An EA account can be linked to one steam Account in its lifetime.

I tried many of times login by Steam account, by e-mail and it doesn't work. I already asked for help on EA page but they didn't help me.

My question is "how to check to which EA account my Steam Account is linked to?"
