Any possible way to play without EA Play?

Now I got the game on Steam, I wonder if it's possible to play offline couch coop without stupid EA Play? Executable replacement, hex edit, config/ini edit, anything? Thanks!

Denuvo has nothing to do with EA App. EA App is still required to run the game.
