1 Copy - 2 Players?
Is this also that only one of the two has to actually buy the Game? Or do both have to buy it?

you can do a local play basically alowing a friend to piggyback off your game and or do a on,line and do a split screen type style thing from old cod days type ish
That's exactly what you understood. Just one person who has the game or bought it. You just have another friend download the EA app and have him search for the game name, then go to Friend Pass and press download and have him join the game. Then we just click to join the game, select online and press invite friends. Or you can play remotely, it's up to you.

the game is always splitscreen, that is a design choice for all their 2-player co-op games actually.

thanks! great info about the ea app!

remote play in steam seems to be no option even though they specifically mention it. there was nothing about a friend pass in the ea app.

split screen is just a universal term for that stuff not just the in game perspective

that is not the point and also not the same in this case. if you play with 2 PCs you still have split screen in this though.

in all their games it is the in-game perspective no matter how you play and not an option.
