Unable to sync dragon age keep to Inquisition

So I have been trying for a LONG while now to get my game to sync up to dragon age keep. I have a whole thing set up from Origins all the way to Inquisition, all three games are on steam. and yet I can NEVER get the game to actually load my keep World State, and I just keep getting the default world state. can someone PLEASE help me with this? I have combed over past Guides and Forums on this, and nothing seems to work. Do I need to just play through the other two games first on steam to get it to transfer over or WHAT?

You should not need to play through the other two games if you have gone through the process of configuring your Dragon Keep for them. When you launch Dragon Age: Inquisition, it should automatically attempt to connect to the Dragon Age servers after you click to continue. Note that it will come up with a warning message if it is unable to connect to the Dragon Age servers such as if you are using a VPN. When it fails to connect, there is a login button in the bottom left corner of the main menu -- I cannot remember if I had to login to my EA account through the main menu the first time I played.

Assuming that it does connect, you should be asked if you want to use your Dragon Age Keep World during / near the end of character creation.

Nah I have tried all of this. I do not have a VPN on, i am logged in, I dont get a warning message, it SAYS I am fully logged in as well, and I made sure the account logged in on the keep is the same one logged in on the Dragon Age Inquisition thing, but it just does not WORK

the things I have done so far
Uninstall and reinstall the game
Tried multiple world save slates
double checked my stuff has been exported
turned off the stuff under the account options
Turned back ON the stuff under the account options
Tried starting a new game, then making a second new game to see if the slate pops up then.
Made sure the account listed for pc was the same as my steam account.
and nothing works.
I have also made sure that Ad Blocker and VPN are absolutely off on my browser.

check your window defender, after any change to the .exe you must allow the .exe to save in your system folder(documents)
it is under "ransomware protection"

+1 recently tried and the web bad idea junk failed unlike the classic import of DAO save in DA2, terrible social junk they should have fix since long as a local feature.

Play DAO & DAI before only gives a diferent default tapestry, and for DAO it's dead because it isn't connected to the web since long.

But you can edit the current tapestry.

So;
1. In web I edited the tapestry so it reflects my recent DAO & DA2 plays.
2. Saved it as the current tapestry.
3. Still in web there's a button save to DAI, use it disable it to show it's done already.
4. In DAI be sure to be connected, wait some time eventually.
5. Start play, at some point a screen recap your choices. One of the 4 cards is about the tapestry used, click on it and select import the tapestry of your profile.
6. Continue to play and only quote a big fail, not working anymore. Or if it is, there's bugs and some elements aren't well inserted in the game.

I cannot find anything about that on my computer. Could you explain a little bit more please?

Yeah I go through the class, race, difficulty choices, and then it asks me if I wanna import from the keep. I try to, but only get the default world slate. I've made an ENTIRELY hand picked selection for DAO and DA2, imported it, and still nothing.

Honestly I'm just waiting for it to be something so small and obvious that I am just overlooking.

When I had a similar problem, it turned out my keep was tied to my XBOX Account but not to my PC's EA Account.

I took have struggled with this problem and have tried similar solutions to Luigi. any fresh ideas that have proven to work for the PC are appriciated.

Yes. I made double sure that when I log onto the keep, my username on the EA app is the same as the one it is showing on DA Keep when I log in under PC. Both match perfectly and I relogged in on the EA App to make sure it is the same. .

Unable to get this to work. The funny thing is when I started the newly purchased game on Steam all my old achievements popped. But "load" is grayed out no matter what I try.
