White Screen bug after the Dawn Will Come/Solas talk in In Your Heart Shall Burn

So, as the title says, I get a white screen bug during In Your Heart Shall Burn after the conversation with Solas. The cinematic for finding Skyhold should play, but instead all I get is a white screen with wind howling audio. I can still see my cursor, and I can hear my character fire an arrow when I attack, but that's about it. I've tried lowering my graphics quality, playing in windowed mode, and skipping through as many of the cutscenes as I can (these are all potential "fixes" I found, but they're all at least a decade old) but none of it seems to work.

At this point, I'm not really sure what else to do other than remove my mods, but I'd like to avoid that since I don't want to risk messing up my save file.
