Doom Upon All The World concludes the main story. At that point some important changes will occur which I can't tell you about without spoilers, but all areas (other than one-shot main quest areas like Redcliffe Castle and Therinfall Redoubt from the earlier part of the game) and most side quests will still be available.
The only thing that locks you out of all side quests is a main quest that only appears after Doom Upon All The World which really does take you to the game's end. But it will warn you about it.
You are most welcome, glad I could help!
A few "Inner Circle" quests will no longer be available. All the "normal" regions remain available, as will all the "normal" (rifts, camps) quests including nearly all of the side quests. I'd say "all" but I don't want to find out I forgot something that falls off, so...a bit of "weasel-wording" there
The cutoff is the aforementioned new, post-Doom (that sounds weird, doesn't it?) quest you will find in your journal after you have fully completed Doom including its aftermath. Again, not trying to be cryptic here...all will become clear in the moment.
