Dragon Age Keep Down

So, every time I go on the Keep I get this pop up saying "Oops, an error occurred please refresh the page and retry". I do exactly that and refresh the page, but the pop up keeps on showing. I tried looking up online how to fix this, and there are literally no answers provided? Is this an issue with the site itself, or with something on my end? (This is so annoying, because I was literally about to start a new game and wanted to import a new custom world)

literally unplayable without their stupid servers. Why could they not just have an ini file or something to edit. Really makes you wonder why these decisions are made they way they are.

I guess it should be fixed within the week, the issue was on the weekend so maybe nobody was working

So apparently it could take up to a couple hours or to a couple days for them to fix this, honestly can't understand how they don't fix the site after all these years? This has been a recurring issue for so many years, Bioware gets on my nerves
